Stuffed lavash with surimi sticks, cheese and eggs. Spread the lavash with melted cheese. About 1 box of melted cheese per 1 lavash. Chop the crab sticks, chop the eggs, grate the cheese and chop the dill.
On smeared lavash richly ber on top of the prepared products, pour a small amount of mayonnaise to make it wetter. Sprinkle finely chopped dill on top of it all. Then roll everything slowly, neatly longitudinally to close. I usually wrap it in foil and put it in the fridge overnight to tighten, but I can’t. Cut into slices and a great snack is ready.
