Bread pie with surimi chunks. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot, squeeze the garlic and fry everything on medium heat. Beat eggs in a bowl with sour cream and spices. Rub the cheese, add the onions and mix everything.
Cut the bread into cubes and place with butter in a rubbed mold. I laid loosely ~ 2 – 3 cm in height. Cut the surimi chunks and cover the bread with the fried onions and carrots. Pour over the sauce so that it is even everywhere, paying special attention to the edges so that the pie stays together. As a result, the cheese was on the top, but the liquid was part of the bread, part of the bottom of the mold. Bake in a preheated oven for ~ 20 minutes at 200 ° C.
