Surimi stick roulette. Egg yolks whipped with sugar, salt, nutmeg. Add flour and whipped egg whites mixed with baking powder in portions. Place greased parchment paper in the pan, apply the prepared mass on top, spread evenly and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes. Crab chips mixed with chopped greens and butter fried onions. Add melted cheese and mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
The filling is applied to the cooled biscuit, leaving a centimeter-wide free edge on all sides.
Satin the roulette while releasing it from the baking paper. The roll is tightly wrapped in cling film and placed in the cold for an hour. Then cut into slices.
